Trinita was very professional and knowledgeable about the techniques and forms during the class that I attended, she kept a consistent momentum to make me work up a sweat and she was able to improvise some of her exercise moves due to my injuries and weaknesses, she has a pleasant and sweet personality, I’m grateful for her sharing her energy and her expertise Natasha

Trinita is very professional, and highly knowledgable in fitness and nutrition. I purchased Trinita's 3-Day Detox Tea, followed her directions and had FABULOUS results! I will warn you, this is a true detox. It will leaves you feeling refreshed, energized and it's a great start to my fitness journey.
Trinita is patient and attentive to the individual goals of the client. I tried yoga with her. What an amazing experience! I felt immediate relief from fibromyalgia pain. It was like a therapy session. I look forward to more personal training with her.
