Fantastic experience at BodyReform Grey Lynn. Sarah was knowledgeable, thorough, and especially helpful with pregnancy-related physio. Everything felt practical and easy to follow, and I really appreciated how genuine she was.
Sarah, the owner of Body Reform was referred to me by my sports doctor as a highly skilled physio experienced in successfully working with complex disc and facet joint issues. I had chronic pain by the time I saw Sarah for the first time. She has patiently worked with me to strengthen my core and glutes using targeted exercises/Pilates, so they better support my joints. I would highly recommend Sarah for the resolution of back issues!

After 14 months of concussion symptoms and being told I just had to wait it out, I found Kolbi Becker and she changed my life. I cannot recommend her more highly for anyone suffering from a concussion or head injury. She is empathetic, efficient, highly knowledgeable and can read you like a book.
