Terrible customer service. To run a successful business you need to hire professional people. This place is definitely lacking!
Very poor customer service. I went in to cancel and was told I hadn't paid on my year contract in 10 months which was not my fault as they had my card information and never contacted me to make me aware. Told me I had to pay the $300 I hadn't paid before I could cancel and then they wanted me to pay the cancelation fee they hide in the contract on top of that. Yes, after your year is up, they still charge you $20 to cancel!! Who does that? I will never go back after my encounter today and I will not send them any business. G... read more
