I’ve been a member for several years. Best equipment in town and well maintained. Great atmosphere. I go early in the morning and never have an issue getting on a machine/using equipment.

I love our gym. Clean, well-maintained, every machine or free weight I might need. The community here is also awesome. In my two years being a member, I've met a bunch of really cool people. I don't know Jon super well personally but he's clearly available and diligent to people's needs. It's a no frills space. Weights, a locker room, and a sauna at a reasonable rate. Best gym membership I've had in Columbia.

I have been going to this gym for around six months now. The equipment is high quality and a good atmosphere for any gym goer. As of lately, the facility gets unbearably hot, regardless of whether it is busy or not. There is only a few ceiling fans with no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to workout in. It is not even June yet and I am losing faith that the owner will ever turn on or install an air conditioner.
