Ive been looking and im curious if yall offer training my body went to crap a little bit skinny fat and id like to achieve my goal gaining sum muscle and being lean ive just lost all motivation im just curious if yall offer any personal training and is it included with the gym or is it something you have to pay after

From Memphis but I’m in the area for work and found this gem. The owner’s super nice and really makes sure you’re looked after and taken care of. It’s got a friendly vibe, and it never feels overly packed, just right. The machines are solid, and I even found a few unique ones that gave me a solid pump. Very safe, and everyone’s respectful, and place stays clean. Overall, it’s a gym I’m happy to be part of while I’m here.

So Glad I signed up! I wish I had known 2 years ago to sign up. It has everything you need as far as strength training goes and the equipment they have is A tier which makes a huge difference in bodybuilding. I have used machines and there is no compare to the type of equipment Body Refinery offers such as Arsenal, Hammer Strength, Rogue Rhino Belt Squat, and Panatta. I’ve been a member for several years. Best equipment in town and well maintained. Great atmosphere. I go early in the morning and never have an issue getting on a machine/using equipment.

I love our gym. Clean, well-maintained, every machine or free weight I might need. The community here is also awesome. In my two years being a member, I've met a bunch of really cool people. I don't know Jon super well personally but he's clearly available and diligent to people's needs. It's a no frills space. Weights, a locker room, and a sauna at a reasonable rate. Best gym membership I've had in Columbia.
