Qiana knows what she's doing. I have had plenty of massages and you get what you pay for. The cheap massages I have gotten else where had just left me in more pain. I believe that because Qiana is also an athlete she has this innate knowledge of what to do to increase mobility and achieve relief in trouble areas. I am 4 years into cancer remission and have had radiation done which has left my body very tight in certain areas. The experience was absolutely amazing!!! Qiana is without a doubt a master of her craft. I told her my needs and she implemented a plan to get me going. I highly recommend Body Realm Center to anyone looking to have a specifically catered relaxing experience.
I had so many knots throughout my shoulders,back and even legs and when I left there I felt like a new person and pain free.I could barely walk when I got there.I totally recommend her to all!!!!! SHE'S THE BEST
