Body Pulse Fitness, by Lynroy, is way more than a gym. Lynroy is a personal Trainer and a life coach. I joined at a time when I needed more inside help than outside help. It was easy to admit that and to make this my safe place because the entire team is supportive and while it's professional it feels like a really cool family community!
