This is the worst place to take your car to. They kept my car for almost three months. It was involved in an accident and needed body work and the radiator replaced. I finally got the car back and it had an antifreeze leak that I'm going to have to get repaired somewhere else because the owner is no longer taking my calls. FRAUDS. Don't go them!! Please go to someone who actually cares. A guy intentionally hit my car with their car and in Charlotte once that takes makes, several companies reach out to you for repairs. The reason I went to them is because they were black-owned and had a $100 incentive. My Car was there for ALMOST A MONTH w/o being worked on. My bumper came out AFTER being worked on the very next day, they stopped answering my calls. Body pros collision went above and beyond my expectations. Renetta was so nice and cordial. Renetta offers to help get my rental vehicle sett up and she checked in to see how I was doing while keeping me up to date on my own vehicle that Body Pros Collision was fixing for me. I would recommended Body Pros Collision to anyone I know. I am beyond happy with the job they did to get my vehicle looking perfect. Thank you John and Renetta.
