Went here a few years ago. I quit and when I went in to discontinue the SMELL was horrific. Sewage. I was ready to vomit The woman who is was talking to wanted to sell me more things. I cancelled my membership right at the end of the contract and I have the paper copy as a proof, but they continued charging me for 3 months afterward. Despite repeated visits and requests over 6+ months, I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I go there, I only get excuses. They still haven’t refunded my money. This shows very poor management, zero accountability, and a complete lack of customer care. If you’re considering joining, be very careful. Frauds and liars, nothing in this gym has changed in 20 years other then the paint, I was skeptical about joining so I did cash for 3 months to check it out and I was told i was given a renovation discount that ended up being 85$ a month, I was told evrything was renovated and worked and after 2 days of being a member the steam room has been down for over a week it is impossible to take a hot shower, the shower doors are broken and put to the side, the toilets are over flowing with sings that say out of order please use upst... read more

It’s completely untrue to say contact was made after hours. I’m Vishal Kumar—the same person who commented earlier. I personally visited the gym multiple times and spoke with John, who provided written confirmation that I would be refunded for March and April. Yet, I’ve continued to be charged every month up to August. Throughout this process, I’ve stayed respectful and simply asked for what’s fair.
