What a hidden gem and amazing fitness playground this is! The staff is super chill, friendly, and helpful to everyone at any fitness level. It's open 24/7 with your phone barcode, very clean, and ultra versatile. They have everything you can imagine so what are you waiting for!
This is a truly unique experience. Tons of one on one training, friendly staff always looking to cheer you on or motivate you. The zumba with Kimiko is amazing. I have been searching for a great class for years and I think I have finally found it. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a great workout and hate traditional gyms give this place a try! I burned 700 calories in one zumba class!!!
