Dana provides an amazing massage. She offers a relaxing massage and a restorative massage. If you suffer from stiff joints and pain, go see her. She used stretches and massage movements that brought immediate and long lasting relief. I can move freely like I did 10 years ago. She will listen, address issues, and give you a plan for long term relief. It's amazing how little tweaks can make drastic changes.
I was really glad to discover Dana! A lot of times, even good massages can feel generic, but that wasn't the case here at all. It was obvious that Dana put a lot of thought into the details of the massage and how to help clients. She really listened to me and customized the massage for my needs. Amazing amazing amazing!! So grateful for Dana being so flexible with my busy schedule. She was able to book super last minute for a 5 pm massage. She blew my expectations out of the water!! Not only was the massage super relaxing, the atmosphere of the spa was super nice too. I also feel like she taught me a lot about my body's current state of health and it inspired me to try to take better care of my body. She listened to all my ailments and I left feeling brand new! I will definitely be back.
Dana's work is skillful and appreciated. The yoga moves she incorporates has done wonders for my sciatic and hip issues. Her curiosity on new issues that she comes across always leads to more research so that she can be better at what she does. Clean and professional, if you are looking for therapy or just relaxing work I highly recommend Dana!
