Thais is truly magical in what she does! Her skills are not only rooted in deep understanding but intuition of the body. She holds a safe container where I can allow my body to relax, feel and release in ways I am unable to do on my own. Her myofascial work is also outstanding. Whether you are looking for treatment for an injury, a place to release deep seated emotions or a general massage, Thais has you covered!

Thais is an extremely gifted massage therapist. She is kind, present, really listens to your concerns, and works with you to heal your body. I have had shoulder pain for over a year and tried PT and acupuncture to no avail, but her massage is relieving the pain and giving me my mobility back. I’m so thankful for her work.
The best place to get a massage in the Bay Area! Chaya finds all the spots that need to be worked out and does an amazing job! I have been getting massages from her for years. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have had massages other places where I feel judged but definitely not here, Chaya is so welcoming and non judgmental. I only wish I could go more often. If you are looking to try a place for a great massage go here!
