I have been seeing Sarah for more than 4 years, and cannot recommend her highly enough! I was historically a physio person, but gave Osteo a go. Cannot be happier!! Her assessment, treatment and exercise planning is super. I am yet to have an issue that she cant help fix. If you need help, this is the place!
Sarah provides excellent treatment. I started seeing her in 2018 to recover from imbalances after using a moon boot for a surface injury and have continued to work with her with ongoing issues that I experience with TMJ and posture. She is attentive, helpful and provides great guidance for aftercare, recovery and maintenance. She's a wonderful practitioner, I am grateful for her care.
Lovely relaxing space and exceptional treatment (I saw Sarah). I went in with a frozen neck and left having had a treatment (acupuncture and massage). I have been for about six treatments and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
