I collapsed a disc in my back doing a deadlift and my doctor told me I shouldn’t lift weights anymore. Since lifting is a big part of my life, I wasn’t happy with that and sought out physical therapy. Trevor was exceptional. He really helped me breakdown my form and highlighted my weakened areas that likely led to my injury. I no longer have back pain and am progressing in my strength weekly.
