I have been training with Body One fitness for almost 6 month and I should say it was my best decision in the last year. Trainers are very welcoming and helpful. I love the schedule from early morning to the late evening, if you want to reach your fitness goals this is the best choice. Lou, Erik,Adriana and Barry are so professional and friendly. I enjoy the friendly and energetic vibe at the gym.

I've been in fitness training for 20 years, and this place is one of the best in south bay. Great workouts, positive vibes - I did the barbell up series w/ coach Eric. Highly recommend!

I started going to Body One Fitness using a 10 day trial run thinking that I would not in any way return once the 10 days were over but I found myself enjoying the workouts and the trainers and the others that were there to workout with me. I've been going for almost 3 months now and every workout is still challenging but satisfying. I'm looking forward to accomplishing my fitness goals with their help and encouragement.

Never thought I was capable of doing HIIT workouts like the ones Body One Fitness offers, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I am SO glad I did. This is my 4th week and I absolutely LOVE it. It has taught me I am way more able and capable than I though I was. The coaches (including the owner) are super encouraging and helpful! Can’t wait to see where this takes me psychically AND mentally.
