Body of Godz is the place to be if you want to transform your mind & body. I have been going here for over 10 years. Jay the "Doc" of fitness saved my life by transforming my body to lose 50lbs, lowering my blood pressure, and adding muscle mass in preparation to be the best candidate to receive a kidney transplant.
