She does an amazing job addressing the areas that need attention, and I was very happy with the first session. However, I’ve been trying to reach her via phone, text, and email for over two and a half weeks now with no response. Although the voicemail states messages will be returned within 24–48 hours, I’m still waiting to schedule the second 90-minute massage I purchased through Groupon. I’d appreciate a follow-up soon to get this resolved.

Krysten listens and is quite knowledgeable. My wife bought me a 90 minute full body session and Krysten did a great job. She had suggestions for home therapy to help with my forearm Anterior interosseous syndrome and she spent time breaking up the knots in my forearm. Highly recommend.
