Lisa is AMAZING. I needed her in a squeeze and she got me in that day. She is so knowledgeable in myofascial release, as well as nutrition, essential oils, and overall holistic health. I felt 100% better after our session. I am so grateful I met her and can’t wait to continue therapy with her.

Recent visit. Wonderful ladies greeted me. The rooms are amazing. I felt welcome and wanted to looking forward to who’s classes and a a self love day soon. I’d recommend anyone go in. Great place.
