What an amazing and beautiful and blessed birthday 50th birthday did I have at Body Mind Spirit. Hatha yoga class in the morning Tibetan bowls in the afternoon . The most healing and serene experience . I was pampered, Respected and honored. What a gift I was given. Love, love, love .
