Absolutely appalled at the ethics and transparency of this company. After speaking with our GP and being provided with 3 companies to review. My daughter and I carefully selected one clinician from each company, ensuring they had experience and interests in teenage mental health, autism and capacity. Upon returning to the GP with our choice and recieving the referral when then reached out to the clinic where I was told that we could not make an appointment as the clinician would need to review the referral and decide if she ... read more

Kymm is absolutely wonderful and has already been a significant help to my mental health and physical well-being. She is empathetic. Knowledgeable and kind and offers fantastic coping mechanisms to life and trauma. I am so grateful to have found this clinic and the support I am receiving here.
Not only did they know how much my kid needed sessions, and tell us they were going to fit him in, then completely neglect this AND when he did finally get close to an appointment they cancelled it to move him even further back. This was after months of waiting. They have also completely ignored every request to take us OFF their mailing list so we stop getting spammed with emails after not attending their clinic for roughly 2 years now.
I've been to 2 sessions with an absolute gem of a woman named Kym and the amount of genuine care she showed to me blew my mind. I had put of a psychologist visit for years because I was nervous but she made me feel completely at ease. Can't recommend this place enough!
