Instructors are nice, supportive, and know what their doing. Very welcoming at first class but not fake and overly excited. It felt relaxed but also fun. Love the bungee moves we learned. I'm bringing another friend next week!

I had my first two classes and they were fantastic! I’m a beginner and the instructors were so helpful and the classes are so much fun in addition to being a great workout. Highly highly recommend
