The massage Therapist and owner of this business is called Charlene. She was referred to me by my wife. I have had some health challenges in the last 3-4 years resulting in multiple procedures. My first massage experience with Charlene was a sports massage and I am beyond impressed! Charlene was knowledgeable, considerate. When I expressed some anxieties about what I was asking for, she firmly put me in my place — being in charge of the experience I had! Charlene *listened* to my concerns regarding my body mechanics, explained her thoughts on what was going on in language I could understand, and she even noticed some things that I hadn’t even given a second thought to. Charlene is great and I highly recommend her services. She makes you feel very comfortable and listens closely to any issues you might have. I always leave feeling like layers of stress along with a lot of aches gone.
Charlene is very knowledgeable on what areas to concentrate to relieve pain. I had surgery 1 year and a half ago and still have some nerve issues. She targeted all muscles and massage area of nerve complications and felt oh so much better! Definitely will be back soon
