I met with Taylor at Body Mechanic for first time. She was just amazing and within a short time discovered why my right forearm was in so much pain. Was due to a disk in neck. She knew just where to press that made the pain go away. She is the most amazing pt person I have ever met. So grateful I found her !! I must do pt to get the pain to be less and even go away for a period of time. The pt is what is so important and I feel better already after doing her exercises she suggested.
Six months ago, I was in constant pain and couldn’t lift my left arm, which affected both my work and personal life. After coming to Body Mechanix, I noticed major improvements within weeks, and the pain was soon gone. Taylor and her team not only helped me recover but also strengthened my arm to prevent the issue from returning. I cannot recommend Body Mechanix enough! This is my second round with them, my first time going was a few years ago for hip impingement (which was fully resolved and has not returned) and this round was for numbness in both of my hands.
