I can’t recommend Body Mechanix more highly. My masseuse was able to provide lasting relief after my first massage and I booked more sessions to address the underlying issues that caused the back pain that brought me in on the first place. Very professional without feeling clinical.
Days away from my 69th birthday I had my first ever massage with Amanda S. I have RA and joint pain in my extremities along with the “normal” aches that go with aging. I found the experience to be wonderfully relaxing and felt muscles and joints being manipulated into a quiet state. Amanda S was very professional and adept with warm hands and very soothing skills. I hope to find that the benefits last for a while and will definitely return again.

I had the opportunity to try an SRT session with Chris at Body Mechanix, and it was exactly what my body needed, recovering from a knee strain. It’s a gentle approach to stretching and movement to help release tension without being invasive to the body. 10/10 recommend! Whether you have an injury or not. Amanda Holt is a magician and a healer. She has incredible knowledge of the body and an intuitive way of working on it. It’s massage and therapy. The space is so beautiful and calm and relaxing. Body Mechanix is it for me.
