Rob is the most knowledgeable person on fitness, nutrition, and anything concerning the human body, that I have ever met. He has been able to treat my injuries effectively when physical therapists and even doctors failed me. I sustained major injuries over 30 years ago and Rob's trauma informed approach is helping me tremendously. I highly recommend his services

The gym is gorgeous and Rob is the perfect workout cheerleader. I was never able to stick to an exercise routine at a gym before because I get easily bored, but Rob keeps my workout varied and fun. You get personalized attention and you have the entire gym to yourself during each workout session. I have a very demanding work schedule too, but Rob always works with me to make sure I get the exercise I need to stay healthy and reduce stress.
