Pain is not growth after 50, it’s just pain. Doc Braun helped with stretching techniques and identify muscle groups to strengthen. I’d tell my contact list about her services.
Meghan is incredible! She immediately was able to relief my pain. She also showed me ways to keep it from coming back! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs or wants someone who is sincere and professional.
I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Meghan Braun for her guidance and expertise with my son's return-to-play plan.
