Kim is a wonderful therapist. She is able to find deep knots, resolve soreness and zero in on areas which need work. She does a great job of discussing current issues and areas which need work and then attacking them. The space is very welcoming, quiet and pleasant.
Visited Kim for the first time today, she is so amazing! She spends time in understanding the problem areas and ensures to focus on them. The one hour with her has given me so much relief! I look forward to meeting her soon again. Thank you Kim, you are amazing!!!
From my own experience, I tried anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxants for a chronic neck issue which was not helpful after several months. I did my own practice of yoga and acupuncture which provided some relief but not complete resolution as well.
