From my own experience, I tried anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxants for a chronic neck issue which was not helpful after several months. I did my own practice of yoga and acupuncture which provided some relief but not complete resolution as well. I am very active and compete in a lot of local marathons and triathlon races, so I frequently require massages to stay in top condition and to prevent injury. In my 8+ years of training I have not found another massage therapist more knowledgeable or experienced as Kim. Her massages are excellent and are tailored to exactly what I need at the time. No need to look any further, and Kim prices are very reasonable for the quality of work and service that she provides.
