Dr. Kinkaide is an MVP on my "medical team." He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, client focused and detail oriented to heal the client. He is not content with merely going through prescribed steps. His intent is to locate the root cause and work with the client to remedy the issue. You will be handled with compassion and honesty. Dr. K. knows the limits of PT and when PT will not solve the issue. The front end service (making appointments, billing, etc.) is 5 star. I wish I could give Dr. Kinkaide a 10 star rating.
I was seeking an assessment about a potential knee replacement and found a better solution with my physical therapist - strengthening my current quad, hamstring and other leg muscles. The Team at Body Mechanics were tremendous to work with providing trustworthy communications and proven methods for helping me regain my strength and confidence. Great experience all around!
I highly recommend Andy and his team. I’d been dealing with a neck issue for years and got significant relief from Andy and his expertise. Then I worked with Juan to work on strengthening exercises for my shoulders and arms to keep my neck from regressing.
