Every woman in Winnipeg needs the services provided at Body Measure by Erika and Melina. They are friendly, generous, professional and thorough in their work. They gave me the time and attention to answer my questions, address my bone density concerns, and provided me with next-step solutions. They are now part of my personal team of health-care professionals.
I was a little nervous to go and find out about my body composition, but Erica was great at explaining what everything meant and what I could do to improve my physical health. I went back to do bloodwork with Annabelle and she gave me a list of supplements to take. I was getting sick every few weeks before and since I've been on the supplements I have not been sick again. I would highly recommend Body Measure!
I had my first Dexa scan. I was impressed by how much I could talk with the lady who reviewed the results with me. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the results. They did show some of the good work I've been doing at the gym, and I learned more about my genetics. I.E. I naturally have great bone density. It felt good to be validated in my suspicion that I have probably have a hormonal imbalance which makes it very difficult to reduce fat in my body.
