I was referred to body masters by my Toyota dealership and I’m so glad I was! This family operated business was so friendly and timely! I took my rav4 to fixed on the driver side front. I had scratches on my front bumper and the tire fender needed replacing. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back by that same Thursday! They were so nice and I 100% recommend them and will be back if I need any other work done!
Highly recommend this shop! The damage on my car was minor, but they still got me taken care of right away. I got an estimate through text the same day, which was super convenient. The parts were ordered on Friday, arrived Wednesday, and my car was in the shop on Thursday. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, and it was ready by 5 p.m. the same day! Liz and her team did a fascistic job on my truck repair. A friend recommended them and they didn't lead me wrong. They got me right in for an estimate and accepted the insurance claim and even worked with the insurance for some items the adjuster missed. My truck is a 2009 and many parts aren't available but she was able to find used replacements for the items that are no longer available from the manufacturer. I recently took my brand new Volkswagen to this body shop after some damage to two of the doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner and his daughter were absolutely amazing, super friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They ordered the parts quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was finished in a timely manner and looks so awesome! Great communication and Liz was consistently providing updates. Lovely people and they also washed my car (it looks better than before!). They took great care of it. Definitely the best place to take your car.
