Terrible. I also paid for half hour or 45 minutes and then got less time. they also don’t check their messages so leaving a voicemail might not be the best thing to do. There are 20 other places to go to so no worries there. With so much competition, you would think that you would want to be the best.
Ive been to here 2x in the last week. First time the service 1 hr massage started about 10 mins late. Second service lymphatic drainage started on time but ended 15 mins early. The women told me she had started a bit earlier which she didnt as I seen the time ( the proper time on the clock behind her) . The clock behind her and the clock above the door are a 15 min difference. So I paid for a 1 hr service and received 45 mins. First appointment cut short also by 10 mins.
