First there estimation was 1 week to repair. But 1 week later they started another repairing without any notice and said another 1 week is necessary. Another one week later they said it's not finished yet, one more day is necessary. I needed to update and extend rental car. Also they charged labor fee for 6 days. Seems their estimation is poor and easy to break promise.
A disappointment in the lack of customer service. I recently brought in a vehicle for some minor repair/paint work. A few days after dropping the vehicle off I called the shop (a Friday) to get an update and spoke to the manager. He informed me that the car was going into the paint shop and it would "should be done by the following wednesday but at the latest Thursday". I just want to start off by saying this place is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I own a 2013 Dodge Avenger which he fell asleep at the wheel and wrecked not long after purchasing. The car had quite a bit of damage and was not even drivable after the wreck. We had the vehicle towed to our house and the next morning we made a claim with our insurance company.
