Had the best leg day and cardio here for the last month. They keep you accountable and the classes are a vibe. Love the energy this is my first month but can’t say more about the people and community. I don’t usually take group glasses but this for sure is a yes for me. Best gym in Plano!
SOOOO fun! I tried it out on classpass while in town for work. Friendly staff, good vibes, great workout. Loved it. Would highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I came here to try the free class and we absolutely LOVED it. We immediately signed up! The classes have been absolute blasts. I played DI college tennis at Texas State and during the workout, I told my boyfriend "I feel like an athlete again!" These workouts combine high-intensity training with killer energetic music and amazing instructors. I will 100% keep coming back when I can because I'm addicted. I recommend to anyone and everyone. So happy we discovered BMF!
