This place used to be my happy place. Most of the coaches are amazing. The management team has neglected to address issues with the staff, including some of the coaches. The coaches used to have a camaraderie that is gone. It feels like chaos. I had to leave. Membership continues to decline; the energy has shifted; the members are getting pulled into the drama. Body Machine is a great gym thanks to the amazing trainers on staff. Crystal takes the workouts to the next level, making workouts challenging and pushing you to be your best. The atmosphere is amazing- both encouraging and fun- from the music, to the coaches and the entire front of house staff.
I've been meaning to leave this review forever. They literally bully you when you try to cancel your membership. I suffered a lower back injury working out here and plantar fasciitis. Bottom line, the workouts weren't for me. They had two dudes come and talk to me when I came in to cancel, one minimized my injury saying he also had plantar fasciitis and he was still working out through it. Cool story bro. Don’t event try getting here on time they’ll tell you you can’t come in you have to arrive 20 minutes early before the class. I don’t like to waste time just by waiting a class to start. Obviously bad management and my time is precious not coming back , better try other places
I love this gym! As an ex-collegiate athlete who loves the class style workouts, this place is the best and I can’t recommend it enough. I specifically love going to Sabrina’s classes. She is SO motivational and such a great coach. 10/10 highly recommended if you are looking for a good workout
