This gym is unlike ANY other. It will break you, then build you back better than ever. It is my antidepressant, my reminder of the strength I have, and a reminder that community is necessary. We can't do this alone.
I recently explored a new gym and took a 6:15am class with Trevhor. Despite having a hard time making it out so early, it’s absolutely something I’d do again. Everything was very clean, organized, and inviting upon arrival. The workout and body movements were explained frequently and thoroughly without being overwhelming or boring. BMF Plano is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever been to! The studio is incredibly clean, and well maintained. The class itself is exciting, motivating, and addictive!!
Love the tribe, very strong community that cares for each other. Love the workouts, love the music, love the coaches. Ina nd out in under an hour, but still got me pushing myself to limits I didn’t know I had. 3 months in and been going nearly every day. Tried everything, no gym like it.
