Such a great experience!! Pushes me way past my made up limits and I leave feeling so accomplished after every single class.
My favorite way to work out! The classes are so unique and fun, the instructors are all amazing I’ve never had so much success with consistency in working out until I found this class. After 3 months I hit new goals I’ve never been able to achieve in my 33 years on earth and I can’t thank them enough for helping me get there. They offer a free trial class, just come try it! I should probably preface this and say I have had a love hate relationship with the gym, as most people do. I found myself low on motivation or energy some days. Some days making excuses to skip it altogether because I was worried I had no idea what I was doing. At BMF I haven’t skipped a day.
