I had such an amazing experience with Mel and can confidently say this was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. My last wax experience was honestly pretty traumatic, so I came in feeling nervous, but Mel immediately made me feel comfortable. She is amazing , caring, nurturing, funny and good at her job. I've always been annoyed with waxing but with her I look forward to my next wax. She ensures to make it as seamless and comfortable as possible. Plus... her lip and scrub products are moisturizing.. love it
