Highly recommend the gym and personal trainers. There are no gimmicks only science based approaches to physical fitness. I feel better and look better after just 30 days.
My son starts working with their trainer this week. I will keep you posted. They met for a full evaluation, and it went as planned. They seem to be very knowledgeable. We are excited to see where this goes.
