Very bad service. Didn't ask what level I wanted and when I called asking what level I got she told me 1 (which is the lightest shade) and said that she didn't care what I wanted because she's the owner and she can do what she wants. Is this how you treat your customers??? Very very poor service, the one in Burlington is so much better and very good customer service because I called them and told them what happened and they gave us free spray tans for the owner of Essex's behavior. Recently visited from out of town. This place is DISGUSTING!! If you don't think so, then you either don't know any better or you're accustomed to how gross it is. If you see carpeting in ANY salon, run the other way!! Vacuuming isn't enough in a setting like this!!!! The grossest part was seeing the owner walk around in her sweaty bare feet on the carpet. I also found it weird that the owner wasn't more outgoing. It was even weirder that none of the people working here knew anything about UVA and UVB beds or the differences... read more
