Quick, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My tech, Mona, explained the process, aftercare, and science behind the treatment, and answered all questions I had for her. The laser part of the appointment was quick and not nearly as painful as I thought. I was very pleased with how quick the procedure was (like just a few minutes! Much quicker than I thought) and that I don’t have to worry about pain or discomfort during or after sessions. Very pleased with my visit today and will continue to visit this team
First time getting laser services and I am beyond impressed by the entire process from scheduling, to intake, to the actual procedure! I felt very comfortable and at ease and cannot say enough good things about Mona. Grateful to have found them and looking forward to future sessions!!!
Mona is so thorough and I felt at ease/comfortable with her upon my first visit. Explained everything to me in detail and what to expect. Very accommodating of appointments at a last minutes notice. Very responsive whether by email or text. Already seeing results after only two treatments. Will continue treatments with Mona and definitely recommend to others!
Today I had my second session for Brazilian laser, I was booked with Ren. She is the best technician I have had. She was kind, thorough, patient to answer all my questions, and professional. Contrary to my previous experience with a technician that I will not work with again at SEV. I am looking forward to working with Ren for the rest of my package! I would recommend all to SEV! Mona and Mina were very professional from my first call to my visits. Mona attended to me for my first visit and Mina attended to me for my second visit. Both were very pleasant, expert in their jobs and made sure I was comfortable through out my treatments. I would definitely recommend their services.
