The massage therapist was personable after getting in the massage room, but this was unfortunately one of the worst massages I’ve had. When I arrived, I had to ring the bell and attempted to call with no answer, and after 10 minutes past my appointment time, I attempted to see if someone was even in the building. After opening the one door and peering my head with a simple “hello?” I was met with a snappy, ‘I am aware you are here,’ instead of a welcome. Penny was great!!! She was professional but very personable and friendly! The environment was clean and relaxing and the massage was amazing. I felt lighter and in a good mood after leaving :)
