Place is really chill, all of our questions were answered, and they really take care of you here. Will definitely be back.
I am loving this place and recommending to my clients to help with recovery. I did the cold plunge and the hot tub, then the infrared sauna. I never thought I would do a cold plunge, but after I was done with all 3, my body felt fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need recovery from your workouts, this is the place to go.
Amazing staff.... I thought I would be down for a couple of weeks. Jackie had me back on the court in 2 days!!
Seriously the best!! Quick, attentive, professional, clean… if you’re looking for recovery, active stretching assist then this is the best place!!!
