Christiaan was very helpful in all his explanations of treatment (Osteopathy), and the therapy itself has relieved a lot of pain and tension in my body. I felt totally comfortable, and there was nothing jarring or too intense--it's a gentle therapy. I have seen Hayden and Joanna both and they provide great service, information and exercises to prevent and strengthen injuries. They are both very accommodating with schedules and times which is great so you don’t miss a session. Plenty of different techniques and services provided to cater to your specific needs or injury.
