RecommendedHave I mentioned lately that I belong to the best health club in the land??!! On Thursday they put out an email offering to lend out their spin bikes to regulars, while they are closed due to the near lockdown in the Bay Area. Because I live very close by, and have had a big health setback this year, they even delivered it to my door! You guys ROCK! Thank you Body Kinetics for your generosity, and for helping me find a little bit of normalcy in my days during these trying times 🥰😘😍

Great spot to work out in a comfortable environment. The locker rooms/showers are all very clean and the equipment is all great. Lots of options for cardio and weights as well as Pilates, yoga and spin classes, massage, personal trainers and more.
I love this gym because it is more than a place to work out, it is a place of community. Last night we were there because they had a BBQ. Their exercise classes are the BEST and they have the BEST teachers! My personal favorites are Edyta's zumba, the spin classes, yoga, and HIIT. I appreciate that when I enter the space, I am welcomed and treated like family. It isn't a meat market, but a place to support your health and well-being, no matter what phase of life you are in. :)
Since the first day I set foot in Body Kinetics MV in April 2015 - I've always been welcomed with a warm hello. I would check myself in and make my way to the locker room after having several conversations with fellow members and trainers. I've never belonged to a gym with such lovely and polite staff. They will be missed dearly. Thank you Body Kinetics for making my stay in Marin "happily ever active" I will be back ❤
