I didn't even do anything but help my aunt move into this studio, and it was amazing! The setup was calming, and there were free snacks in the kitchen area, and candies at the entrance. In the bathroom, there were tampons, hair elastics, and basically necessities that were so kind of them!
Jess is an incredibly positive person and supportive yoga instructor. I am less flexible than most folks and have a debilitating knee issue - but I am able to participate in her class - modifying as needed and never feeling "judged" or "less than". I am so grateful to be able to participate in her class.
