Staff were welcoming and asked if I needed any help. Had my first piercing done today by Brande, I believe was his name. Process was much faster than I thought it would be. Single earlobe piercings are around $40.
No stars. Stopped in for a new 4 gauge circular barbell. The only one they had was gold colored. The color rubbed off in 2 weeks and made my piercing nasty. (Turned green) Dont trust the quality of thier jewelry.
Brandy was awesome, such an easy visit!
Terrible customer service. The person at the desk was playing the Nintendo switch and ignoring everyone. Once I asked for assistance I was met with short responses and a bad attitude. Do better
I’ve tried to go in 3x now and every time they haven’t been able to do a piercing for different reasons. They have no jewelry inventory anymore either.
