Never has a piercer who’s available and isn’t good at communication. I’ve asked multiple times about getting a piercing, first time there wasn’t the metal they suggested so they said to come back tomorrow, 2nd try the piercer is gone and they haven’t gotten the metal, 3rd the piercer is gone again and still no metal. Telling me I have to wait longer despite saying the piercer would be there.
good prices, trustworthy piercer, good quality jewelry, horrible front desk customer service. piercer was kind and patient front desk employees were not.
Staff were welcoming and asked if I needed any help. Had my first piercing done today by Brande, I believe was his name. Process was much faster than I thought it would be. Single earlobe piercings are around $40.
No stars. Stopped in for a new 4 gauge circular barbell. The only one they had was gold colored. The color rubbed off in 2 weeks and made my piercing nasty. (Turned green) Dont trust the quality of thier jewelry.
Brandy was awesome, such an easy visit!
