Horrible experience. Always given the wrong size jewelry and they won’t return or exchange it very incompetent workers.
I have gotten lots of piercings here over the years and every time it goes perfectly. Everyone there is very kind.
Went for a labret piercing, and they gave me the wrong length of bar, which led to embedding only 2 days in. Would not recommend at all
I had a horrible experience with my nose piercing, I did everything I could to keep clean. My piercing would not stop bleeding and I called two times to make sure that it was normal or not. They would pick up and they did not give me any actual answers. If I waited for it to “heal” my nose would have been worse and in pain. They do not provide any moral support. Steven was very helpful to us and convinced us to shop here for my wife’s nose ring. They took care of the re-piercing and putting it in. Full end-to-end service and super nice and friendly staff! Great experience here and my wife loves her new nose ring. Highly recommend this place and location.
