they pierced my helix wrong at an angle and i only found out four months later when i went to a different more reputable piercing studio to ask about the issues i was having.“bumps”. Do not come here. I had to get my helix removed.
If you love your kids and care for them, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP for ear piercing. My minor daughter wanted an ear piercing so she went to this shop with her mom. Before the piercing, my daughter was asked questions from a questionnaire about her mom. My daughter provided all the correct answers but she didn't know mom's birth year. Read that again, she answered every question correct except the birth year. (her mom is 52 years old btw). Over several years when I have walked in I have felt like the staff is very stand offish, never greets you, not friendly, bothered to do their own job. On a Thurs in Feb we had one GREAT experience with the front staff member. If memory serves she was blonde and about the only person in there that’s friendly. Piercer that day was female and was semi okay but also seemed not very friendly. Piercing didn’t hurt so much but paid fort gold which fell out and and was told not refund, should have been better secured. I’ve had other Far less expensive and still have them.
