I had a horrible customer service experience with your store, particularly with Shelby. I got my nose pierced at your studio, but the jewelry fell out the very next day. During the piercing appointment, the piercer was already having trouble locking the hinge properly, so it appeared there was an issue from the start. Bought a piecing, requested for a shorter bar since mine is healed and the one that came with it was too long and it can bother me long term. Apparently they don’t do that there, you have to buy ANOTHER piercing with a shorter bar. I mentioned it was odd because I’ve never experienced having to pay for a new bar when requesting a different size for a piercing I’m already buying. Anyway, I bought it, stuck with the long bar.
