Body IQ is the real deal! Janine has been teaching Pilates for years and she has such vast knowledge of the body and the connection to Pilates. I have been working with her for 6 months and am thrilled with my progress. I am stronger, leaner, and my chronic back issues are disappearing without a pill, shot, or scalpel! I highly recommend this studio!!
I have been going to Pilates for almost a year and am so happy with the improvement in my core strength and I am much more coordinated and flexible. I am very comfortable with Janine and really appreciate her ability to get my brain and body to coordinate. I honestly think that taking a chance and starting Pilates was one of the best decisions that I made for myself and my health!!!!!!!
