My friend gifted me a $135.60 gift card that was purchased directly from this location. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist Janvi spent 20 minutes of my appointment time trying to figure out how to use the gift card. I had my appointment for the 20th June and RMT Lucy Anacleto was very patient and accommodating with me since I brought my baby along for a postpartum massage. It didn’t go as planned because my child was crying a lot which was my mistake thinking my child will sleep throughout for me to enjoy this session. Lucy tried her best to make sure I had some massage done and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or worse for bringing her she was so lovely . Thank you
