I tried to cancel my one year membership in January when it expired. It was HELL getting ahold of them since I left EP and was only able to attempt communication by phone. I would call at least once a week and left multiple voicemails and emails. I finally got ahold of them in March and officially signed the “end my contract” paperwork. Well guess what? They keep charging me for the membership! I’m so sick and tired of having to deal with this! DO NOT get a membership with them!
