I have been going to Body in Balance the last several years regularly and can say without a doubt, Mary is an exceptional Message therapist! Mary has such a high level of expertise in her field that she finds muscle imperfections before I knew they were there and skillfully works them out. I always look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for athletes of all levels.

Mary is amazing! She listens to not only your body but you & she has been doing it for so long that she helps me so much either body alignment, stretching, mobility & deep tissue. Her prices are reasonable & she is so easy to get along with! You won't regret booking!
I always leave Mary feeling so much better after my sessions. Professional and very knowledgeable. Mary truly listens to what your body needs and makes every appointment a great experience. Highly recommend!
Best massage I've ever had. She can do relaxing or deep tissue. I could not recommend this Spa enough.
