I had a fantastic experience at Body Haxx Cryo! The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated, with the softest skin! The facilities are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Su Vega, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole process seamless. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and ensured that all my needs were met. Highly recommend for anyone looking to invest in their wellness and recovery!
I really enjoyed my sessions. I did the infrared sauna, compression on my legs and my favorite was the cryogenic chamber. I felt so invigorated after only two minutes in the cold therapy. Definitely want to do that again!

Trying cryotherapy for the first time at Body Haxx Cryo, I was super nervous, but the staff's support made all the difference. They were exceptionally patient and even offered to join me in the chamber to ease my nerves. I truly appreciated their kindness and attentiveness throughout the experience! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I visited the website prior to calling today 1/11. I kinda had an idea of what I wanted to do, but still need more information. Raven answered the phone when I called. We discuss scheduling and I made a 2pm appt. She was very thorough and knowledgeable of the services I was acquiring about. I even purchased a package that suits my needs. I highly recommend Body Haxx Cryo.I'm so glad I called and booked! I'm ready for my next session
