My experience was great! This was my first time at the beauty lounge & also my first wax. Aisha did so good and was very comforting, she answered all my questions and gave some tips. The environment was very welcoming, I will definitely book again!

I went to get a wax from this establishment on Friday February 20th. The staff was friendly and the customer service was well; however the wax itself was not. I have been getting waxed for more than 4 years so I know what to expect, my pain tolerance, things not to do post-wax, etc. During the wax the esthetician had to tug at the wax repeatedly to get it off. Had a great first time experience at body goals today ! Joselyn was awesome!! She talked with me through the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable and okay Clean and estheticly pleasant Found my new wax person and place

I enjoyed my experience throughly with Aisha but all of the providers are knowledgeable, careful, and kind! Definitely will always recommend

I got my first wax ever here today and let me just say Jakkia is the TRUTH. She made me feel so comfortable to the point i talked more and was more concerned with the conversation than the wax. I left happy and bald :) she even took the time to explain next steps and what to do moving forward since this is all new to me. 10000/10 she will be seeing me again so hopefully i didn’t yap too much !!
